Roll joined more than 100 students from throughout the country and overseas at a special awards ceremony and dinner at the Smithsonian’s National Museum of Natural History. The evening’s guest speakers included actress Beverly Mitchell of “7th Heaven” and Sarah Ferguson, Duchess of York, who shared their volunteering experiences and efforts both home and abroad with the like-minded youth. Roll was especially excited to meet and get her photo taken with Mitchell.
